He’s the founder of Valor Landscape (founded in 1987) and has been featured by Lawn & Landscape for his “know your numbers” discipline—posting budgets vs. actuals and using clear, shared metrics to keep teams aligned. He also led Metco Landscape through a private equity investment, giving him firsthand perspective on what changes when capital-backed competitors enter (and consolidate) your market.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration cancellation requests must be submitted via email to calcp@treeandlawncareco.org. Full refunds minus 10% of the registration cost are available through February 3, 2026. From February 4, 2026, through February 20, 2026, 50% refunds will be offered. Cancellations requests sent after February 20, 2026, are not eligible for a refund.
Spring Training Conference attendee registrations may be transferred to another member from your organization for the same type of ticket only (member or non-member) at any time without fees.
